Nora Morales is a Program Director at Identity Inc., overseeing Out Of School Time Elementary and Middle School Programs, Recreation, Family and Community Engagement, Case Management, and School Readiness. Prior to her work with Identity, Nora was the Diversity Officer for Prince George County Public Schools. She has 29 years of experience as a teacher, family engagement liasion, and community organizer. Nora also helped to write Maryland’s Early Childhood Family Engagement Framework and was the English Learner Outreach Specialist for the Maryland Parent Resource Center. Additionally, she was part of the Maryland State Early Childhood and English Learner Councils. Most recently, Nora is a founding member of the Montgomery County Black and Brown Coalition for Educational Equity and Excellence and a board member of the Montgomery County Children’s Opportunity Alliance. She is also a proud mom of two college graduates and one puppy.
