A native of Baltimore, MD, Dr. Dontae LaMont Ryan received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and his PhD in Engineering from Morgan State University in 2001 and 2012, respectively. Dr. Ryan currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of The Ryan Institute, LLC; an education and technology consulting firm that he co-founded with his wife Antoynica Ryan in 2012. The Ryan Institute, LLC has provided systems engineering and technical assistance support to the federal government, as well as has worked with several public and private school entities to provide academic intervention and enrichment programming to their respective students.
