Zainab Abbas is the founder and CEO of SciTech2U Inc. Zainab was born in Accra, Ghana, and is one of the many grandchildren of the First Chief Imam of Ghana. She received her B.S. degree at Knoxville College, a HBCU in Knoxville, TN, and her M.S. in Developmental Biology at the University of Cincinnati. Her work experience with Proctor and Gamble Pharmaceuticals, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, IGEN, BioVeris, Panbio Diagnostics, and Fortis College has given her diverse knowledge in a variety of STEM disciplines. Zainab was also an active member of the Women in Bio Youth Committee for three years. She currently lives in Maryland with her husband – Kevin Bryant, four of her six children, and a nephew. When she is not a busy soccer mom or working to help her community, Zainab enjoys reading, traveling, and cross-fit.
