Each year flight crew members have the opportunity to participate in Girls Build Solutions, a three day conference where participants gain in-person advocacy experiences, have invaluable networking opportunities, and meet girls and professionals from across the country who all share a passion for STEM and elevating women in STEM.

Flight Crew consists of 50 remarkable youth from across the country with passion for STEM and a drive to overcome stereotypes and barricades to STEM access for young girls and women in their communities. Flight Crew members participate in a STEM-related out-of-school-time (OST) program and desire to share their experiences and advance their leadership skills in order to promote the value of STEM OST programs and equity in STEM nationwide.
