Heather Hastick is an enthusiastic educator with over 20 years of classroom experience. She believes that the most engaging learning experiences happen when children are unleashed to explore the world through project-based learning (PBL) experiences. Traditional classroom methods provide only a fraction of the hands-on opportunities children need to thrive in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. She is passionate about partnering with schools and community organizations to provide additional opportunities for students to grow their love of learning in power-packed, engaging sessions for preschool through 8th grade students through her company, Whiz Kid Academy.
